Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes early so that you have enough time to fill out a new patient form. Alternatively, please download the New Patient Form from this page, and bring it along when you come for your first appointment.
Please ensure to bring your insurance information before your appointment to allow us pre-determine what your estimated out-of-pocket portion would be.
After the initial examination, your dentist will develop a long term dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist will take the time to answer any questions you have about your health and treatment options. An estimate will be given before any procedures are performed.
We respect your time and always try our best to stay on schedule. Automated email and text appointment reminders will be sent in advance to confirm your visit. To cancel or postpone your appointment, we respectfully ask that you provide us with 48 hours to reschedule.
We strive to provide you with an accurate estimates of our fees before providing any treatment. We follow the BC Dental Association Fee Guide, and accept direct billing from your insurance company. Any amounts not covered by insurance are your responsibility, and must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, cheque, debit and credit card.
While most of our dental treatments are covered by insurance, we recognize that every person has different needs. Financial planning for what can be a substantial purchase is important. Please contact our clinic if you have any questions.
Direct Billing & MSP Provincial Insurance
At our office, we provide direct billing for most insurance plans and can submit your insurance claim electronically without the need for paper forms. In addition, our office accepts Medical Service Plan (MSP) (include hyperlink here). This is the provincial insurance program that pays for the required dental services for British Columbia residents.
